Sandro Chetcuti elected new MDA President

Malcolm J Naudi, who has been handling the PR of the Malta Developers Association since it was set up, issued a press release in connection with the MDA’s Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 16 January, 2014, at Villa Rosa, St Julian’s.

The Association was established to be the highest body and voice of private Real Estate developers in Malta, and following the meeting it has a new President.

Outgoing President Michael Falzon decided not to stand for re-election for personal reasons and Vice-President Sandro Chetcuti was elected the new President.

After the meeting Prime Minister Joseph Muscat addressed the MDA members present and attended a reception. Also present were Dr Michael Farrugia, Parliamentary Secretary for Planning and Administrative Simplification, Dr Edward Zammit Lewis, Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth, Opposition Leader Simon Busuttil and Ryan Callus, MP.
